All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with full insurance to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
UK Mainland Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £15
- Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £25
- Free standard delivery on orders over £500
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and artwork dimensions. All international shipments include full tracking and insurance.
Artwork Preparation Each piece is professionally wrapped and crated to gallery standards. Larger works and sculptures may require bespoke packaging—our team will contact you to arrange delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition Requirements
- Artwork must be in original condition
- All original packaging must be retained
- Certificate of authenticity and documentation must be included
Return Process Contact us at [your-email] to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for UK returns. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photographs, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exclusions Custom commissions and limited editions marked as final sale are non-returnable.
